Returns Policy

We offer you an exceptional range of sizes, colours, and fabrics on a scale that may not be available from other companies so it is important that you understand that your order is made for you and that we do not carry any stock items.

We hope that for this reason, and in accordance with Distance Selling Business to Business Regulations you will appreciate that we do not operate a returns policy.

Damages

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control deliveries are sometimes damaged in transit.  In the event that you receive a damaged item please sign for this as damaged and report it immediately by contacting us on 0845 634 0525.

If you are able to do so, please take a photograph and email it to sales@panelwarehouse.com with the title Damaged Delivery.   We will collect and replace the item as quickly as possible.
