Important Production and Delivery Update
Our Production Unit is fully operational and our Team are keen to manufacture your order. We would like to assure you that all Government Guidelines regarding Safe working and Social Distancing have been implemented to keep our team safe.
As a trusted supplier to many business sectors we understand the importance of the need for certain products during this period of re-adjustment therefore we will continue to prioritise production slots for Screens and Partitions to aid swift delivery where possible.
Please be aware that due to capacity and our new way of working all Next Working Day products ordered before 12 noon will be manufactured and despatched the following Working Day. If you have ordered a Next Day Production Product these will be manufactured as per the new advertised lead time which you will find on the Product Page just above the Add to Basket button.

Delivering your order
At Panel Warehouse we want the delivery of your order to run as smoothly as possible, please read the following guide carefully and if you have any questions or have a requirement that is not covered below then please do contact us on 0161 609 0262.
(Please note that during this period of uncertainty the following information may be subject to changes beyond our control)
Standard Delivery is made Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 6 pm and is made by a reputable nationwide courier. Deliveries can be upgraded to an AM (before 12noon) for a small additional charge. Please note we are unable to offer specific delivery time slots or call in advance of delivery.
If you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please notify us of your requirements and we will endeavour to schedule your delivery accordingly.
Deliveries are made by one person who will deliver your order to the address specified and to the ground floor only. Please note that for insurance reasons, deliveries cannot be made to upper floors even if there is a lift.
Due to the size and nature of the products that we supply please advise if the driver is able to park outside your premises and if there are any unusual delivery details that the driver should be made aware of.
Getting your order to you
We would like you to be aware that once the goods have left our premises they become the responsibility of the courier.
Their aim is to ensure you receive your order within the specified date. However things can sometimes go wrong and unfortunately due to unusual circumstances beyond our/their control it is impossible to offer a 100% guarantee.
Should you have any concerns about delivery you can contact us on 0161 609 0262 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will do our utmost to assist you as best we can.
School Furniture Deliveries: Please be aware that School Furniture deliveries can take up to 3 working days from despatch. We regret that due to the size of both the products available and the vehicles used to deliver these items we cannot deliver to residential addresses, we are happy to discuss your requirements in more detail please contact us on 0161 609 0262.
Receiving your Order
In the unfortunate event of you receiving your order damaged or if you suspect damage, please check the item thoroughly and report the damage to us immediately on 0161 609 0262 and email pictures of the damage to email@example.com
Unfortunately we are unable to act on any reports of goods being received damaged if they are not reported within 24 hours.
Panel Warehouse products are manufactured to order within the advertised lead-time. This lead time is detailed above the add to basket box on the product page. These can be subject to change.
On the rare occasion that we are unable to meet the advertised delivery schedule you will be contacted at point of order by our Customer Service Team who will confirm your delivery date.
Once the goods have been manufactured all deliveries leaving our production unit in Manchester are despatched via Tuffnells on a standard delivery service. (Deliveries to Non Mainland destinations and certain areas in Scotland can take between 3-5 working days and can be subject to weather conditions).
Please be aware that once the your order leaves us it becomes the responsibility of the Courier to get it to you. Due to the challenges that the transport industry is currently enduring, some deliveries may take up to 3 working days we are working very closely with our courier to keep track of deliveries and minimise any issues where possible.
Tuffnells deliver large and sometimes bulky items often in multiples on our behalf. Individual deliveries can sometimes take longer and vary from client to client therefore they are unable to offer timed delivery slots or text notifications prior to delivery. However, for your convenience we do offer the option for you to upgrade your delivery to an AM for a small additional charge. Please note that Saturday deliveries are currently unavailable.
1. UK Mainland Delivery Service
Standard UK Mainland Delivery costs are applied to all orders at basket and are charged per order and not per item.
£25.00 + VAT applies to orders up to £250.00 + VAT
£35.00 + VAT applies to orders over £250.00 + VAT
Non Mainland Deliveries are calculated at basket and are based on the weight of your order.
2. Premium & Timed Delivery Service (Can be subject to changes)
Premium Delivery Options are available to UK Mainland destinations only.
(These options may not be available to certain areas of Scotland - please contact us on 0161 609 0262 to find out more information).
We offer the following premium delivery services:
1. Next Working Day Delivery (delivered between 8.30am and 5.30 pm)
Cost: £35.00 + VAT (applies to selected products only) - currently unavailable
2. Next Working Day AM Delivery (delivered between 7am and 12 noon)
Cost: £45.00 + VAT (Currently unavailable)
3. AM Delivery: (delivered between Mon-Fri 7am and 12 noon)
Cost: £40.00 + VAT
4. Saturday AM: (delivered between 7am and 12 noon)
Cost: £55.00 + VAT (Currently Unavailable)
Costs for shipments to NI and the Scottish Isles are based on weight and are calculated at basket. Add your postcode and click estimate to confirm your delivery charge.
Delivery charges do apply if you are based in the IOM, IOW, Eire and The Channel Islands and are on application. Please contact us for a competitive quotation.
3. AM Deliveries
To avoid any confusion, if you do select a standard AM delivery please do allow for the production time of your order. Once your order has been made the goods will be despatched on a Next Working Day service to arrive between 7am and 12 noon Monday to Friday.

All Panel Warehouse orders are manufactured to your desired colour and size specifications therefore on this basis goods are non-returnable.
We want you to love your purchase from Panel Warehouse as much as we enjoy making it therefore we politely ask that you check all measurements and colour choices carefully before checkout as we cannot rectify errors later.

We offer an exceptional range of sizes, colours and fabrics on a scale that may not be available from other companies therefore it is important that you are aware and understand that your order is made for you and that we do not carry any stock items.
For this reason and in accordance with Distance Selling Business to Business Regulations you will appreciate that we do not operate a returns policy.
In the event of goods being received damaged or faulty we will exchange them, please notify us immediately on receipt of the goods and we will arrange for faulty or damaged goods to be collected and for replacement items to be delivered as soon as possible.
