Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery is available on all orders over £100 + VAT.
All Panel Warehouse products are manufactured to order within a specified lead time. Product lead times are detailed in green text underneath the price of the product.
Goods are produced within this lead-time and then despatched on a Next Working Day Service using a reputable nationwide courier service.
On the rare occasion that we are unable to meet the advertised delivery schedule then you will be contacted at point of order by our Customer Service Team who will confirm your delivery date.
Delivering your order
At Panel Warehouse we want the delivery of your order to run as smoothly as possible, please read the following guide carefully and if you have any questions or have a requirement that is not covered below then please do contact us on 0161 609 0262.
1. Delivery times
Standard Delivery is made Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 5.30 pm and is made by a reputable nationwide courier.
If you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please notify us of your requirements and we will schedule your delivery accordingly.
Deliveries are made by one person who will deliver your order to the address specified and to the ground floor only. Please note that for insurance reasons, deliveries cannot be made to upper floors even if there is a lift.
Due to the size and nature of the products that we supply please advise if the driver is able to park outside your premises and if there are any unusual delivery details that the driver should be made aware of.
2. Premium & Timed Delivery Service
Deliveries leaving our production unit in Manchester are despatched via TNT on a standard next working day delivery service. (Deliveries to Non Mainland destinations and certain areas in Scotland can take between 3-5 working days and can be subject to weather conditions).
TNT deliver large and sometimes bulky items often in multiples on our behalf, so individual deliveries can sometimes take longer and vary from client to client therefore they are unable to offer timed delivery slots or text notifications prior to delivery. However for your convenience we do offer the option for you to upgrade your delivery to an AM or Saturday delivery for a small additional charge.
3. AM Deliveries
To avoid any confusion, if you do select an am delivery please do allow for the production time of your order, once your order has been made the goods will be despatched on a Next Working Day service to arrive between 8.30 and 12 noon Monday to Friday.
4. Getting your order to you
We would like you to be aware that once the goods have left our premises they become the responsibility of the courier.
Their aim is to ensure you receive your order within the specified date. However things can sometimes go wrong and unfortunately due to unusual circumstances beyond our/their control it is impossible to offer a 100% guarantee.
Should you have any concerns about delivery you can contact us on 0161 609 0262 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will do our utmost to assist you as best we can.
4. Receiving your Order
Goods must be signed for and cannot be left outside your premises.
In the unfortunate event of you receiving your order damaged or if you suspect damage, please check the item thoroughly and sign for the consignment as damaged. Please report the damage to us immediately on 0161 609 0262 and email pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately we are unable to act on any reports of goods being received damaged if they are not reported within 24 hours.
