How much is the carriage charge?
Delivery to most UK mainland destinations is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders over £100 + VAT
As we use a third party courier we have to make a delivery charge to certain UK destinations. Carriage charges apply for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man as follows and are calculated at the basket and are based on weight.

How will my goods be delivered?
We use a reputable Nationwide Courier Service. Alternatively, if you want to save on delivery charges, you are more than welcome to collect your order from our Manchester production unit.
I’ve lost my assembly instructions. Can you send me some more?
If you have misplaced your assembly instructions, please contact Customer Services via firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0161 609 0262 and let us know. We’ll happily send you some new ones by e-mail.
Why should I order online?
Simple – We have designed the website to be user-friendly, jargon free descriptions and an easy step-by-step ordering process.
Convenient – You have the control, ordering online allows you to place your order at a time that is convenient to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Order History – Once your order is placed you can view this at any time simply by logging in with your user name and password. As you place more orders you will generate an order history that can be viewed at any time.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, for your peace of mind your payment is protected by Sage Pay. We do not store any credit card information. For more details read our security page.
We also accept payment by Paypal, BACS and Cheque.
Cheque and Bacs Payments - please be aware that production will only commence on receipt of cleared funds.
Purchase Orders - If you are buying on behalf of a Government/Local Authority related body e.g. School, Police, NHS you can use our Pay by Invoice option at checkout, please quote your Purchase Order Number for invoice reasons. Production will commence on receipt of order number and you will be invoiced on a 30 day account basis.
Currency - Please note that we only accept payment in Pounds Sterling.
What happens if I do not like what I have ordered?
We want you to be completely happy with your order so we kindly ask you to check your requirements carefully before ordering any products advertised. All items are manufactured specifically to order and to the customer's specification. Therefore, and in accordance with distance selling business to business regulations, goods are not returnable.

Reporting Faulty or Damaged Goods.
In the event of goods being received damaged or faulty we will happily exchange them. Please call our Customer Services Team immediately on 0161 609 0262 and we will arrange for the faulty or damaged goods to be collected and for your replacement items to be despatched as soon as possible.
If your goods are received damaged please sign for them as "Damaged" and report this to us immediately, please also send a photograph of the damaged item to email@example.com so that we can report this to the courier.

As with many websites, technical issues can sometimes arise which cause customers to have problems. This is quite rare but here at Panelwarehouse.com, we don't like to ignore these issues and act as a matter of urgency to get them resolved.
