Sign trays from Panel Warehouse are constructed from durable 3mm aluminum sheets, similar to our flat plate aluminum signs, but with folded edges (usually 25-75mm depending on the overall size) to create a 3-dimensional sign. The corners are welded for strength and dressed to ensure a smooth surface before a durable, colored powder-coated finish is applied. Most sign trays, except the smallest A4, A3, and A2 sizes, can be wall or post-mounted.
Graphics are applied using one of two methods, depending on the design complexity. Simpler signs with lettering and limited graphic elements (e.g., a single logo) use computer-cut vinyl lettering. More complex designs with multiple logos or varying tones and colors are digitally printed onto vinyl before being applied to the sign tray's front face. This method also allows for an anti-graffiti laminate if needed.
Our aluminum sign trays come in a wide range of standard sizes from A4 up to 1800 x 1200mm, with most sizes offering various shapes. We can also provide quotes for custom shapes and sizes to meet your specific requirements.
