Each product features a full description of the item including size, weight, fabric option and suggested usage, we have also included a colour swatch detailing what colour the item is available in. This swatch is offered purely as a guide, for greater accuracy we can supply free fabric colour swatches on request, contact our customer Services Team on 0161 609 0262 and they will send them out on the same day for you.
Manufacturing Excellence
Clients are often surprised to hear that we manufacture everything to order particularly in the timescales that we advertise and think that we keep a vast stock of items.
On the contrary, when you buy a product from Panel Warehouse you will be delighted to hear that we will manufacture that product specifically for you in our production unit here in Manchester and will despatch it in time to meet your required deadline.
All Panel Warehouse products are offered in a selection of standard sizes and, depending on the product, a choice of up to 11 colour ways and four frame choices. Making everything to order means that we have the flexibility to offer you a wider choice and to tailor make your order to suit your requirements.
We have a skilled in-house Production Team that manufacture all of the Display Boards and Office Screens advertised on the website.
Before anything leaves our production unit we ensure that all products pass through a series of stringent quality checks meaning you receive a first class product.

All of our Display Stands and Display Boards are despatched with full assembly instructions, we also offer video demonstrations and advice for our full product range on our website, simply go to the product that you ordered and click on the video link.

Returns Policy
We offer an exceptional range of sizes, colours, and fabrics on a scale that may not be available from other companies so it is important that you understand that your order is made for you and that we do not carry any stock items.
We hope that for this reason, and in accordance with Distance Selling Business to Business Regulations you will appreciate that we do not operate a returns policy.
We want you to love your purchase from Panel Warehouse that is why we ask that you check all measurements and colour choices carefully before checkout as we cannot rectify errors later.
Damages
Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control deliveries are sometimes damaged in transit. In the event that you receive a damaged item please sign for this as damaged and report it immediately by contacting us on 0161 609 0262
If you are able to do so, please take a photograph and email it to sales@panelwarehouse.com with the title Damaged Delivery. We will collect and replace the item as quickly as possible.
