With apologies to Bonnie Tyler ! The customer service our organization received from Panel warehouse was exemplary. Sure, our order was was small but involved a delay while our cheque was countersigned at our end. To complicate matters, we gave two delivery different addresses. Customer services were not in the least fazed. They both telephoned and emailed answers to our concerns and even beat the promised delivery date by a week. Of course we shall be ordering from them again! Great Customer Service, so rare these days.

I needed a display panel quickly and wanted to customise with additional header boards. Staff were helpful and delivery was as promised. I would definitely use Panel Warehouse again.

We recently had a last minute request for one of the 8 panel display boards. After phoning the helpline at 12:45 and letting them know what I wanted they were quickly able to handle my order and made all the efforts to ensure that the board would arrive the next day, even being incredibly patient when we were having difficultities with payment! I arrived at the office the next day and it was already there.Great customer service and got me outg of a bit of a dilemma. Well done guys!
