The search for compelling case study material – a day in the life of a Marketing Assistant

Amongst my many commitments here at Panel Warehouse I love talking to customers about their projects, events and exhibitions the most.

One of the most important jobs I have is collecting feedback and photographs from our customers in order to put together informative case studies.

Here is my step by step case study plan.

Step 1
Contact customers for information facts and unique usages. Make sure to ask for photos for illustration purposes.

Step 2
Chase up customers for said facts and usages. NOTE TO SELF – Do not forget to prompt said customers for photographs! VERY IMPORTANT.

Step 3
If still no reply, attempt again but REALLY mean it this time (muahahahaha)

Step 4
On receipt of information, compile interesting and informative case study – Not forgetting to include the all-important photographs.

Step 5
Post live onto website blog ….. and relax.
