Here at Panel Warehouse we pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service to all clients regardless of the size of their business or the size of the order they wish to place with us.

However it would appear that the same standards do not apply to other companies and we were staggered to hear that a recent client came to us after being treated badly by a competitor.

Hill Farm is a 1200ft, High Country New Zealand Romney sheep breeding farm in Wales.  In order to promote the business, Penny, joint owner of the farm attends many sheep events across the UK.

When Penny rang Panel Warehouse, she had been onto our website and needed some guidance on which display boards would best suit her needs. She explained she required a board that would be able to display the farms product information as professional looking as possible and that could be easily transported and simple to erect.

Penny said she chose Panel Warehouse as her preferred company as ‘having approached other companies offering similar systems without much success, I felt that as my business was small I wasn’t worth their time. Plus their prices were much higher.’ We felt saddened by this information and were glad she had found Panel Warehouse to be helpful.

The farmer told us ‘I very rarely buy anything from the internet without prior experience of the company or recommendation, but as soon as I contacted Panel Warehouse I felt confident that I would get exactly what I ordered’.

We advised Penny on a couple of products that we thought would best suit her requirements and helped her navigate the website. With this information she went away and took some time to come to a conclusion of what she needed.  Penny stated ‘Panel Warehouse were very patient with me regarding directing me round the website’.

Once Penny came to a decision, she contacted us and said she was happy as ‘I was able to speak to the same person each time I rang’. She then went on to say ‘I was very impressed with the service, from ordering to delivery time and the panels arrived a day before I was told they would be delivered, excellent! The quality of the product is good and I would hope it should last 2 to 3 years.’
