Panel Warehouse to the Rescue

Uxbridge College, the number one college in West London has been open to students since 1965. The college offers many different A-Level, BTEC and apprenticeship courses to its students.

The college holds open days for anyone who has interest in how the college runs or what courses they have on offer. They needed a way to display information clearly at these events and so set out to find a way to achieve this.

Uxbridge College contacted Panel Warehouse in search of ‘40 lightweight and durable boards’ so each subject department could display information for prospective students. As the college explained, they were looking at screens they could use as noticeboards however the size screens they required were different to those we had on the website; we confirmed with the college that although the size they required wasn’t a standard size we would still be able to do this for them.

The college said ‘we used Panel Warehouse because when we looked up our requirements on the Internet you appeared to be able to supply these at a good price.’ They then went on to say how they were more than happy with their choice in company and said ‘It turned out that your service superseded our requirements, in quality of the boards, maintaining your price through a long ordering process and speed of supply’.

When our team spoke to the college to receive some feedback, they said ‘your customer service was superb. You supplied 40 boards within 5 days of receiving the order, despite having to manufacture them all in that time’. They then went on to say how they were pleased with the boards ‘They look good, are light to carry and are exactly the colour and size we requested. Thank you for your brilliant service’.
