Making The Perfect Desktop Display

A professional looking display can make all the difference at an event. Putting a little extra thought and work into your display could mean you get a lot more attention than you would otherwise. Here are some tips for making perfect desktop displays for any exhibition, conference or other event.
   
First, find out how much space you have available to work with. This will help you determine what kind of desk or table you will use. If you already have a table, make sure that is clean and free from dust or stains, even if you intend to use a tablecloth.
   
Next, find out if you will have space for chairs behind your table. Sometimes people prefer to browse tables at events without being spoken to. Quietly sitting beside or behind your table may actually be to your advantage at some events.
   
Now you can start thinking about what you want to display on your table or desk. If you need display stands, be sure to choose ones that will fit the measurements of your space. Desktop display stands need to fit on tables without danger of collapse.
   
You will also want to choose colours that coordinate. We have desktop displays in both red and blue. These fairly neutral colour will go with most schemes.
   
Next, make sure that all your posters and other printed materials are done professionally, and free from errors.
   
Finally, arrange everything neatly on the desk, and avoid cluttering the surface. Use blank space effectively.
