Who do you want to attract?

An important part of marketing for your exhibition or tradeshow is to identify which groups are likely to be interested in your products and services.  Take time to research this and look over company data such as sales data and customer service records.

Existing customers – these are the important group of individuals or businesses who are trading with you currently.  You main goal should be to create loyalty and to nurture and build upon your existing relationship.

Technical personnel – this group will be attracted by any technical facets to your products.  If they are important to you gear literature and demonstrations to these more technical elements.

Manufacturers – these producers may be looking out for company’s that can offer products that improve their production.  Again research should identify any industries that may be attracted to your products.

Suppliers – this group are equally important as they are the people that supply vital product components that enable you to run your business. An exhibition is a great place to search out new suppliers for the business and also for marketing purposes such as display stands.

Consumers – these are the users of your products and you may be using an exhibition to communicate a new product to them

It is a must to consider these groups as it will impact many of your decisions in the planning process of the exhibition.  The design of display stands may vary according to who you are targeting for example.  At Panel Warehouse we offer a great range of display stands to meet with all exhibition requirements.
