How to choose the best stand space part 2

One of the most important decisions is which stand space to choose and how big.  It can take much discussion and negotiation to find the best spot for you and often it’s about trial and error.  However there are some ways you can minimise the risk of picking a bad spot such as planning early and sussing out an event the year before to identify areas of heavy traffic.

If you are a smaller business you may feel nervous about being positioned amidst larger companies.  However don’t be – this can be a great advantage as larger companies tends to attract a lot of visitors who will no doubt wander over to your stand while they’re there.

On the whole you’ll find that space only stand spaces have a height restriction of 4 metres but you can build them higher at some events.  This involves getting structural drawings submitted and can be quite complex.  If you are a smaller company and want to stick to simple shell scheme with display stands and panels there is a wide choice here at Panel Warehouse.

Display stands can be chosen to fit with a standard size so that you can reuse the display stands at each event.  Shell schemes are also good if you are exhibiting for the first time or have a limited budget.  Savings made can then be used to get higher quality display stands and better graphics.  Another advantage is that the carpet and lighting is usually provided making it less hassle for the exhibition co-ordinator.
