How to choose the best stand space part 1
Your choice of high quality stand space is severely impaired if you leave it too late! Make sure you start looking as early as possible as many companies book up prime spots a year in advance. In order to start reviewing the stand spaces available make sure you are clear about your exhibition objectives and what type of display stands you are likely to go for.
If you are exhibiting a new show you might want to leave booking later on as you can get some great deals later on and this way you can check out an exhibition without paying through the nose. However your success at a show may be affected by the quality of stand space which may be poor if you leave booking too late.
You may think that a prime spot is right near the entrance but customers tend to walk straight past. If you have time, visit the exhibition the year before to work out where the heavy areas of traffic are.
Corner stands are attractive as they provide an open feel and are good for attracting customers. High traffic areas are those close to cafes and restaurants and also the toilets and any demonstration areas.
Beware of stand spaces that have a column in the space. This will impede your display space and create a barrier to people coming on to the stand.
At Panel Warehouse we are experts in display stands, panels and boards and have a wide choice.
