I ordered a screen from Panel Warehouse and it arrived, as promised, a couple of days later. Only one problem ... the Panel Warehouse delivery agent (a third party) badly damaged the product in transit and tried to hide the poorly resealed packaging from my wife. When I discovered the damage I reported the problem to Panel Warehouse by telephone message after office hours. The following morning, Cathy in their sales department returned my call and apologised profusely. I sent Cathy an email report plus a couple of photo attachments showing the damage to the packaging and product, and a replacement screen was arranged within an hour or two. No quibbles: Cathy's attention to the problem was first class throughout, and she kept me fully informed by phone regarding the delivery of the replacement. As Cathy promised me, the replacement screen was delivered the following day and, although the packaging showed some slight signs of damage, a quick inspection showed the screen was in good order. The screen is now in situ, and it's just what I hoped it would be. Perfect! Furthermore, I can't praise Cathy highly enough. She's a credit to her company and her profession, and I urge Panel Warehouse to keep her on the payroll. I shall certainly be purchasing from Panel Warehouse again. - Review taken from Trustpilot
