The 12 Panel Slimflex Exhibition Stand is a flexible display stand and an ideal kit for any exhibitor who would like to display lightweight product as well as posters and information.

This exhibition stand is made up of 12 panels and incorporates two triangular tables within the design. We have illustrated these tables being used at either end of the exhibition stand allowing for a large central area to create an attractive poster display.

Connecting poles and clips are included within the kit and allow you to use as much or as little of the stand as required. What ¡s more should you wish to make you stand bigger you can simply purchase additional components to add to your existing kit or combine a number of Slimflex Exhibition Stands.

Assembling this kit is easy as all of the components are incredibly lightweight and manageable. The panels are slim line making them easy to store and transport.

This kit is ideal for organisations who attend exhibitions and conferences.

This display stand has 12 main display panels and 2 header panel the dimensions of each individual panel are:

Header fabric area: 272mm h x 574mm w - excluding frame

Standard Delivery Service - All delivery charges where applicable are made per order and not per item.

Standard *UK Mainland Delivery is currently FREE of CHARGE on all orders placed over £100 + VAT.

Please note delivery charges do apply
to the following destinations NI & Eire , Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight and will be calculated in the basket.

Please read the Delivery and Returns information carefully and be aware that we offer different delivery times for each product group, delivery times are illustrated underneath the product price.  If you are unsure or you require an item urgently please contact us on 0161 609 0262. 

Standard Delivery schedules explained:
24 hour delivery – Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.
48 hour delivery
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 48 hours later (working days only).
72 hour delivery
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 72 hours later (working days only).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day and delivered as per the advertised delivery time for that product. We aim to honour our Delivery Promise however should we be unable to meet the advertised delivery schedule for any reason you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Services Team with a delivery date.

Urgent Orders: We aim to meet all urgent requirements, should you need a specific item urgently please contact us on 0161 609 0262 for advice.

In the event that your item cannot be delivered for the specific delivery time you will be notified immediately.

All deliveries are made by a nationwide courier service.

Deliveries to parts of Scotland & the Scottish Isles, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will exceed our standard delivery schedule.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately TNT drivers are unable to contact a client by telephone prior to delivery, we therefore notify all clients by email the day the goods are despatched to say that delivery will be made the following working day.

Premium Delivery Service
The Premium Delivery Service is available to UK Mainland destinations only.
(This service in not available in certain areas of Scotland - please contact us on 0161 609 0262 to find out more information).

We offer the following premium delivery services:
1. AM Delivery: (delivered between 7am and 12 noon) Cost: £25.00 + VAT
2. Saturday AM: (delivered between 7am and 12 noon) Cost: £35.00 + VAT

We ask you to check your requirements carefully before ordering any products advertised, as all items are manufactured specifically to order and to the customer’s specification. Therefore, and in accordance with distance selling business to business regulations, goods are not returnable. In the event of goods being received damaged or faulty please notify us immediately and we will exchange them, we will arrange for your goods to be collected and for replacement items to be delivered.

All costs are subject to carriage charges and VAT.

For your peace of mind we do not store credit card information. All transactions are made via Sage Pay, our preferred secure online payment solution.

Credit Accounts are available to Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges, Universities & the NHS 

Orders placed by these organisations quoting an official order number will receive an invoice for payment due within 30 days. Production will commence on receipt of order.

Alternative methods of payment include PayPal, Cheque and BACS. Google Checkout is also available as an alternative payment method. 

Cheque and Bacs Payments - please be aware that production will not commence until we have received payment.

Please note - we only accept payments made in Pounds Sterling.

As a volunteer organisation Rotary needs to put its message accross clearly and easily.
The staff at Panel Warehouse could not have been more helpfull. I was advisedthat from ordering they would be despatched within 72hours. I considered this to be very quick as all orders are made to order. The display boards were ordered at 11am on Friday and they arrivedat 9am on the following Monday.
This I consider exceptional service.
