Delivery Details

Unlike many companies, all Panelwarehouse.com manufactured Office Screens and Display Stands are made in the UK. The benefit for you is that there is no waiting for your goods to make their way from overseas.

Delivery options

We offer various delivery options and are confident we can cater for just about any eventuality including urgent requirements. Below is a quick run-down of options we provide:

All our deliveries are made by a Nationwide Courier service.

Standard Delivery

Goods are manufactured and despatched to order within a 5 – 7 working day lead time.

All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Urgent Orders

If you have an urgent requirement please contact the Sales & Customer Services Team on 0845 634 0525.

We will endeavour to meet your deadline where possible.

24 HR Delivery

We offer a next day delivery service for products featuring the 24 hour logo. Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Should you have a specific deadline which needs to be met, please put this in the additional comments box at the time of ordering. Alternatively, please contact our Sales & Customer Services Team on 0845 634 0525.

This service is only available for mainland UK deliveries but may exclude some regions Scotland.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as we use a third party courier.  Should your item not be available for 24 hour delivery you will be notified immediately

48 HR Delivery

We offer a 48 hour delivery service for products featuring the 48 hour logo. Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 48 hours later (working days only). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and despatched Wednesday.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland: £17.50 +VAT

Northern Ireland & Eire: £45.00 +VAT 

Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight: £55.00 +VAT

Carriage charges plus VAT (20%) apply to all orders.

All completed orders are dispatched using an overnight service to be delivered the following working day. This excludes parts of Scotland & Outer Islands where delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery of Office Screens

To help delivery run smoothly, when placing an order for more than 4 screens, please state on your order if the driver can park outside your premises.

If the delivery is above the ground floor, we need to know whether there is a suitable lift. If there is no lift on the premises, we'll need a name of a contact who can meet and assist the driver.

Assembling Office Screens

Office Screens are delivered by a courier and therefore they will not assist in assembling them.

Most of our products are simple to erect but should you need advice as to how to go about this, contact Customer Services on 0845 634 0525.

Return of goods

In the unlikely event of goods being received damaged in any way, we would recommend signing for the goods as “Received Damaged” or “Unchecked” when asked to by the courier.

Please report any damages to our Customer Service Team immediately on 0845 634 0525 so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible

Collecting orders

If you would prefer to collect your order, please let either the Sales or Customer Services Team know and they will advise you which day and at what time your goods will be ready for collection.

On arrival at Panelwarehouse.com, you will be greeted by a member of our Team who will be happy to answer any questions you have and will assist you in putting your goods into your vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: All our deliveries are made by 3rd party couriers and as such we cannot be held accountable or liable for any deliveries once they have left our factory. We will however ensure that any complaints or recommendations are followed up with said couriers on your behalf and make every attempt to resolve any issues you may have experienced.
