All Panel Warehouse Office Screens and Display Boards are manufactured to order in our factory in Greater Manchester.
Each product is advertised with a delivery schedule here is a quick run-down of the options we provide:
Products quoting 24 Hour Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Products quoting 48 Hour Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 48 hours later (working days only). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and despatched Wednesday.
Products quoting 72 Hour Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 72 hours later (working days only). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and despatched Wednesday.
Please note that these delivery schedules apply to mainland UK deliveries only, exclusions include some regions of Scotland, NI, Eire, IOW, IOM and the Channel Islands.

If for any reason we cannot manufacture your item within the timescale advertised you will be notified immediately

Getting your order to you
We would like you to be aware that we use a third party courier service and unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong that are beyond our control, we therefore hope you understand that for this reason we cannot guarantee delivery times.
For your assistance we are available during office hours to help with any delivery queries you may have, we also supply a courier tracking reference for you to check the progress of your delivery.
Deliveries to UK Mainland destinations are FREE OF CHARGE on all orders over £100 + VAT (we regret that this promotion does not apply to Premium Services i.e. am deliveries, Saturday deliveries or deliveries to the Scottish Isles, NI, Eire or any other destination based outside of the UK Mainland).
Delivery charges apply to the following destinations and are calculated in the basket.

Premium Delivery Service
We offer two types of Premium Delivery Service as follows:
AM Delivery made between 7am - 12 noon Cost: £25.00 plus VAT
Saturday AM Delivery made between 7am - 12 noon Cost: £35.00 plus VAT
Carriage charges plus VAT (20%) apply to all orders using these services.
All completed orders are dispatched using an overnight service to be delivered the following working day. This excludes parts of Scotland & Outer Islands where delivery may take slightly longer.
Delivery of Office Screens
To help delivery run smoothly, when placing an order for more than 4 screens, please state on your order if the driver can park outside your premises.
If the delivery is above the ground floor, we need to know whether there is a suitable lift. If there is no lift on the premises, we'll need a name of a contact who can meet and assist the driver.

Assembling Office Screens
Office Screens are delivered by a third party courier and therefore they will not assist in assembling them.
Most of our products are simple to erect but should you need advice as to how to go about this, contact Customer Services on 0845 634 0525.
In the unlikely event of goods being received damaged in any way, we would recommend signing for the goods as “Received Damaged” or “Unchecked” when asked to by the courier.
Please report any damages to our Customer Service Team immediately on 0845 634 0525 so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible
If you would prefer to collect your order, please let either the Sales or Customer Services Team know and they will advise you which day and at what time your goods will be ready for collection.
On arrival at Panelwarehouse.com, you will be greeted by a member of our Team who will be happy to answer any questions you have and will assist you in putting your goods into your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: All our deliveries are made by 3rd party couriers and as such we cannot be held accountable or liable for any deliveries once they have left our factory. We will however ensure that any complaints or recommendations are followed up with said couriers on your behalf and make every attempt to resolve any issues you may have experienced.
