We've listened....

One thing we’re not happy with at Panelwarehouse.com is standing still and accepting the status quo. We want to improve in everything we do. That includes our online service.

We reviewed comments made by you as customers about our website over the past 12 months and decided we needed to make some pretty radical changes. After all, you are what makes us a great company and we take your views seriously.

So what’s changed?

Visual Appearance.

Obviously the look of the site has changed considerably. We opted for a modern feel with far more attractive use of colour and imagery.

Improved Shopping Experience.

Not only have we made finding products easier by re-organising the catalogue and improving the search functionality, we’ve also made the product pages far more informative.

You’ll see we now have a consistent product page template that let’s you know why you should buy a particular item over another and gives you all the helpful data you need to make an informed choice (See left top image).

That’s how we differ from our competition. We understand that there are those who know what they want and those who don’t. The product pages now cater for both types of customer. Which ever camp you find yourself in, you’ll be able to make the right choice.

We’ve also made sure that when you add your product to the basket, you have the choice of continuing to shop without leaving the page your on (see left bottom image). All-in-all, we’re sure you’ll find you have a sleeker shopping experience.

A change in approach

Panelwarehouse.com employees are proud of our high standards in service and appreciate you as customers. If you have ever dealt with us, you’ll know we are a friendly bunch. Hopefully our website will mirror this personality and reflects our approachable manner.

You’ll notice that the contact number is available on all our pages. We’re not one of those companies that shy away from their customers or make it difficult for you to get in touch. You contact us in anyway you’re happy with, whether it’s e-mail, phone, fax or the website – our contact us page will give you the details. We’ve also added a map and directions should you want to pay us a visit!
