All our deliveries are made by a Nationwide Courier service.

Standard Delivery |
Goods are manufactured and despatched to order within a 5 – 7 working day lead time.
All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. |

24 HR Delivery |
We offer a next day delivery service for products featuring the 24hour logo. Order placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Should you have a specific deadline which needs to be met, please put this in the additional comments box at the time of ordering. Alternatively, please contact our Sales & Customer Services Team on 0845 634 0525.
This service is only available to mainland UK deliveries but may exclude the higher points of Scotland. Other deliveries will be made by alterantive courier and will take longer.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability. Should your item not be available for 24 hour delivery you will be notified immediately

Carriage charges and VAT (15%) apply to all orders.
All completed orders are dispatched using an overnight service to be delivered the following working day. This excludes parts of Scotland & Islands where delivery may be slightly longer. |

Delivery of Office Screens |
| |
 To help delivery run smoothly, when placing an order for more than 4 screens, please state on your order if the driver can park outside your premises.
If the delivery is above the ground floor, we need to know whether there is a suitable lift. If there is no lift on the premises, we'll need a name of a contact who can meet and assist the driver.

Assembling Office Screens |
| |
 Office Screens are delivered by a courier and therefore they will not assist in assembling them.
Most of our products are simple to erect but should you need advice as to how to go about this, contact Customer Services on 0845 634 0525.

Return of goods |
| |
In the unlikely event of goods being received damaged in any way, we would recommend signing for the goods as “Received Damaged” or “Unchecked” when asked to by the courier.
Please report any damages to our Customer Service Team immediately on 0845 634 0525 so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. |

Collecting orders |
| |
 If you would prefer to collect your order, please let either the Sales or Customer Services Team know and they will advise you which day and at what time your goods will be ready for collection.
On arrival at Panelwarehouse.com, you will be greeted by a member of our Team who will be happy to answer any questions you have and will assist you in putting your goods into your vehicle.
